Food and Beverage Ambassador
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of operations excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to our guests in accordance with operating policies and procedures.

• Prepare beverages and food garnishes accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and presentation quality.

• Efficiently carry and serve food and beverage orders from the kitchen to dining tables, promoting a seamless dining experience.

• Clear dirty dishes and glasses promptly, clean tables thoroughly after guest meals, and maintain a spotless dining area at all times.

• Prepare itemized checks and process guest payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with professionalism.

• Clean and set up dining areas, including refilling condiments, rolling silverware into napkins, and stocking service stations, to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Guest Experience:

• Warmly greet guests, present menus, and effectively communicate daily specials to create an engaging and personalized experience.

• Answer guest questions about menu items with confidence and accuracy, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of our offerings.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, paying close attention to details and preferences.
Financial & Administrative Support:

• Perform cashiering duties and/or closing procedures as instructed by management, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and maintaining financial integrity.

• Generate reports from the Point of Sale (POS) system on daily meal types served, providing valuable insights for future planning and improvement.
