Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Professional with a strong background in Process Improvement to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost. Your goal is to develop and maintain manufacturing processes, tools, and shop floor tracking while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and meeting production schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Continuous Improvement activities and projects to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Design and implement Fixture/Jigs to reduce routing time.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, tools, and shop floor tracking.
  • Oversee production to ensure quality requirements are met and production schedules are maintained.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in High Mix, Low Volume manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MATLAB, and Statistics Process Control is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
