As a Clinical Psychologist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that combines hospital-based clinical work with community-based project initiatives.

The KKH Psychosocial Trauma Support Service (PTSS) offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth and development of child trauma services in Singapore. Our team provides comprehensive psychological and emotional support to help individuals recover from traumatic experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hospital-based work: Conducting psycho-emotional assessments and interventions for women, children and families with trauma-related concerns in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Community-based project work: Developing and delivering training programs, conducting talks, and collaborating with the community on post-crisis/trauma psycho-emotional support and interventions.

As a PTSS Clinical Psychologist, you will receive professional training, individual and group supervision to develop your expertise in trauma work. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on clients, their families, and the community.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Proficiency in English, effective interpersonal skills, and good psychological report writing skills
  • Possess relevant qualifications to obtain registration as a full member with a recognized professional body
  • Relevant clinical and supervision experience
  • Past clinical experience in child and/or trauma work is desirable but not required
  • At least 4 years of relevant clinical experience in providing clinical supervision is preferred for Senior Psychologist position
