We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager to support key financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, contribute to business decision-making, and play a critical role in shaping financial strategies. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to high-level financial processes and work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights that drive performance and efficiency.
Core responsibilities
Support Financial Planning & Analysis Activities
You will be integral in assisting the Senior Finance Manager with strategic FP&A processes, including Standards Setting, Long-Range Planning (LRP), and Latest Best Estimate (LBE) forecasting. This includes:
Maintaining and updating financial models and working files throughout review cycles.
Contributing to scenario planning and ad-hoc financial modeling for decision-making clarity.
Ownership of Financial Metrics
Focus on spend, headcount, and project expenses by:
Conducting operational analyses to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Developing, monitoring, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Preparing reports for monthly and quarterly reviews with financial insights.
Designing dashboards and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver insights.
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in Power BI dashboards.
Data Integrity and Quality Assurance
Maintain the accuracy of financial data by:
Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
Upholding data quality standards.
Purchase Order & Shopping Cart Oversight
Monitoring aging metrics to ensure timely processing.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Review and improve existing processes.
Support additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications include a degree in Finance or Accounting, 4-5 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and preferably Power BI and SAP experience. The candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
