Based in Singapore and Beijing, our team includes members from renowned internet companies and universities. Our mission is to support long-term commercial growth while balancing user experience with monetization. Key tasks include building real-time data feedback systems, developing large-scale advertising services, creating predictive models, and establishing healthy advertising mechanisms. The algorithm team aims to serve advertisers and users by meeting business indicators and enhancing engagement. We develop machine learning solutions to improve matching and monetization efficiencies across various ad placements, offering opportunities to broaden skills and knowledge.
Job Description
Participate in developing large-scale Ads systems.
Build algorithms to improve ads pipelines, including recall, pre-rank, and ranking models.
Design, develop, and maintain machine learning data jobs for advertising.
Deliver machine learning models to production to impact the ads business.
Research and develop bidding algorithms and traffic control strategies.
Design algorithms focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention for new and existing customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into production.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
2+ years of experience with search/recommendation/ads systems and models like DSSM, DIN, MMoE.
Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LLM libraries such as Hugging Face, vLLM.
Knowledge of data analysis, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Skilled in causal inference and uplift modeling for marketing and engagement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on practical solutions.
Proficiency in Python, Spark, Hive, TensorFlow, etc.
