Overview Our client, a multinational company, is looking for a customer service oriented individual with facilities and equipment maintenance experience to join their staff-only members club as Club Supervisor . Work Location: Pasir Panjang (near Pasir Panjang MRT station)Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 per month depending on relevant working experience Working Hours: 6-day work week, 2 rotating shifts (Morning shift 7:30 am to 7:00 pm; Afternoon shift 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm)Benefits: Sick leave, Dental and medical benefits, Annual wage supplement and performance bonus Duties And Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide customer service to members using the facilities, including checking of identification pass Answer phone enquiries and provide information with regards to facilities and activities Update booking system, complete daily facility and activity reports and handle payments Monitor members, guests and contractors at the assigned event/activity and report any issues to the superior Instructional Support: Demonstrate procedures common to the activities and instruct on use of related equipment Set up / prepare facilities prior to scheduled start time of events / activities Ensure adherence to regulations and safety procedures Facility/Equipment Maintenance: Ensure facilities are open and/or closed at the posted time Monitor and check the security of premises Monitor activities within the facility and ensure good order and discipline Ensure facilities are properly maintained, safe and ready for play/use Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment i.e. facilities and equipment are in a clean, neat and orderly state at all times Report maintenance problems and unsafe conditions or discrepancies that cannot be fixed in-house to the superior Requirements Minimum N Level/O Level/ITE Certificate with team lead / supervisor experience. Able to work 2 rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays Pleasant personality with good communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work well both individually and in a team with minimal supervision Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labour Conversant with IT applications, MS Word, MS Excel etc Prior experience working in a recreation club will be an advantage Company: HR Focus EA Licence No.: 13C6829Agent ID: R (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified)#J-18808-Ljbffr
