Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist
About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes;
  • Analyze data to determine trends and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures;
  • Provide training to production staff on new processes and procedures;
  • Monitor and control production quality and performance metrics;
  • Identify and report any deviations from standard procedures or expected outcomes;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process improvement role;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools;
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an asset;
