Job Description
A postdoc position is available in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National University of Singapore. This role involves design, synthesis, and characterization of water-soluble redox-active molecules and evaluate their electrochemical performance in aqueous organic flow batteries and electrochemical CO2 capture systems.
Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field
Required Skills:

• Expertise in design and synthesis of redox molecules

• Experience in organic synthesis and characterization.

• Ability to independently design synthetic routes and execute research projects, with a track record of high-quality publications.

• Analyse chemical properties using NMR, LC-MS, IR, etc.

• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams

• Write papers, reports, or patents
Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with green chemistry, electrosynthesis, or electrochemistry.

• Ability to supervise students
