Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, perform daily accounting & finance duties AP, AR, corporate tax, submission of GST, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports for parent company and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Liaise with banks on L/C, IP, fixed deposits, bank loans and overseas suppliers.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors.
  • Experienced in handling foreign exchange currencies.
  • Manage timely closing process including for intercompany transactions.
  • Support the operational and sales team in maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Requirements:
Singaporean ONLY
2 years of full set accounting experience and experience in liaising with banks on L/C, IP, fixed deposits, bank loans and overseas suppliers.
Diploma or equivalent qualifications and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Team player with strong work ethics, initiative, strong communication and organization skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
