Whether through individual counselling, group support, or community engagement, the FSCs strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.

*Responsibilities *
:

  • Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to case workers. To co-work with case workers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards supporting the family's needs.
  • Support Admin Executive in performing administrative duties for the centre
  • Provide logistics and administrative support of FSC programmes (e.g. group work, community work)
  • Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients

*Requirements: *

  • Diploma in Social Work or in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Good Team Player
