Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day processing of policy service requests such as personal detail updates, policy changes, and beneficiary nominations.
  • Manage customer enquiries, appeals, and escalations, including making independent decisions on complaint resolutions.
  • Administer major policy alterations and reinstatements in accordance with set guidelines and quality standards.
  • Support pay-out processes including annuity, maturity, surrender, and other customer disbursements.
  • Collaborate with team leads on process improvement initiatives and help identify and close operational gaps.
  • Ensure timely and accurate support is provided to customers and financial consultants.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder; fresh Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of life, investment-linked, and term insurance products is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet service standards and process requests accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to leveraging digital tools for process efficiency.
  • Independent, proactive, and eager to learn with strong problem-solving abilities.
