Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Automation and Analytics Expert . In this role, you will work on delivering end-to-end technology consulting and implementation projects in the areas of automation and analytics.

About the Role

  • You will contribute to all phases of our projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).
  • Interact and communicate with various process subject matter experts to understand and analyze business problems and pain points.
  • Gather and define technical, operational, and user requirements, assisting with the conceptualization of architecture and technical solutions design.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing, configuring, and implementing automation solutions or programs.
  • Conducting user accepting testing and rollout phases with process SMEs.
  • Providing support to businesses in the post-implementation phase.

Requirements

  • A minimum diploma in Computer Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain application code.
  • Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills.
  • A quick learner passionate about technology.
