Gather feedback from users, internal teams, and external partners to inform feature prioritization and backlog grooming. Communicate effectively with engineers and have the technical fluency to understand architecture discussions, trade-offs, and system limitations. Monitor user engagement metrics, usage trends, and competitor products to guide decision-making. Drive continuous product improvements through A/B testing, experimentation, and feedback loops. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment. Proven experience managing end-to-end product life cycles in software or AI-based products. Strong project management skills, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Technical proficiency — ability to understand APIs, data flows, backend/frontend interactions, and collaborate effectively with engineers. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in AI, LLMs, or productivity tools is a strong advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI/ML or NLP-powered products. Prior exposure to Web3 or blockchain-related technologies. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Postman, and analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, GA).
