Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Translate strategic product visions into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
Lead and manage the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
Set clear milestones, track progress, and resolve blockers to keep projects on schedule.
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and decision-makers.
Gather feedback from users, teams, and external partners to inform feature prioritization and backlog grooming.
Communicate effectively with engineers, with the technical fluency to understand architecture discussions, trade-offs, and system limitations.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor engagement metrics, usage trends, and competitor products to guide decision-making.
Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing, experimentation, and feedback loops.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
Proven experience managing end-to-end product life cycles in software or AI-based products.
Strong project management skills, with solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand APIs, data flows, backend/frontend interactions, and work effectively with engineers.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in AI, large language models, or productivity tools is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background working with AI/ML or NLP-powered products.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Postman, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
