From assessments and health services to employability programs and specialized support, we engage in meaningful work alongside compassionate colleagues.As a Growth Director at Maximus, you will lead the divisional growth initiatives with a focus on planning and executing strategies to expand the customer base and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include delivering revenue targets, developing an understanding of market opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with overall division and UK strategies.Key responsibilities include:- Achieving revenue and Total Contract Value targets as per agreements- Building and managing the portfolio of opportunities within the division- Providing leadership to the Business Development team to ensure goal achievement and motivation- Collaborating with Marketing and Solutions team to tailor propositions to meet specific customer needs- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Driving the development of sustainable business pipelines and identifying growth opportunities- Contributing to the formation of strategies and plans at a senior level- Managing resources effectively to enhance the quality and win rates of deals- Engaging in strategic deal discussions through governance sessions- Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary capture teams for qualified opportunities- Implementing business development strategies aligned with growth targetsKey Contacts/Relationships involve interactions with the Senior Vice President Commercial, Divisional Managing Director, Finance Director, Client Senior Responsible Officers, Industry Bodies, Partners, and other key stakeholders.The ideal candidate for this role should possess:- Proven experience in a growth-focused position- Demonstrable Business Development experience in a similar market- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams- Commercial and financial acumen to balance risk, reward, and price effectively- Customer-focused mindset with experience in Customer Service and/or Employment and Skills environments- Previous exposure to outsourced environments- Track record of delivering change in complex and demanding settingsIndividual competencies required include:- Ability to comprehend complex business problems and drive change initiatives- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across teams- Strong influencing skills to drive behavioral changes and support change initiatives- High-level presentation and communication skills- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities- Sound strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approachMaximus is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
