Assistant Manager/Manager, Career Conversion Programmes

SBF's SBI is the Programme Manager for 6 Career Conversion Programmes. Under these programmes, SBI's role is to market and manage the end-to-end process of the Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs). You will play a critical role in driving the awareness of CCPs, managing outreach activities and processing applications to ensure the key deliverables for the programmes are met. Responsibilities Manage and Market the CCP programmes in accordance with the deliverables: Create awareness of CCPs through EDMs, SBF website and other marketing channels Answer enquiries on CCP programmes Keep track and follow up with leads Manage administrative matters: Assist companies with the required documentation needed for the programme Ensure proper documentation for the programme funding are in place Applications follow-up, Review & Assessment Review before and after job descriptions, OJT plans Ensure proper tracking on the number of companies and participants for the programme Other administrative matters related to the programme Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of working experience Understanding of Internationalisation issues is preferred Strong drive, proactive self-starter with creative mind Able to work within stipulated guidelines and deadlines to meet set objectives Service Orientation towards both internal and external customers' needs Positive and collaborative mindset, strong teamwork Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative and General Business Industries International Trade and Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
