The Role We are looking for an experienced 3D Visualizer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-end, photo-realistic renderings, cinematic animations/interactive virtual tours to bring architectural visions to life. You will work closely with designers, architects, and project managers, translating design intent into immersive spatial experiences. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between vision and reality, ensuring designs are both innovative and communicable to clients. Key Responsibilities High-End Visualization & Rendering Create photo-realistic interior and exterior renderings that capture materiality, lighting, and spatial composition. Work with custom furniture and bespoke interior solutions, visualizing them in real-world applications. Develop cinematic animations and flythroughs that enhance storytelling. Conceptualization & Generative AI Integration Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance ideation and speed up concept development. Leverage AI-driven texturing, material generation & prototyping VR, Virtual Tours & Real-Time Rendering Develop 360° panoramic tours and interactive virtual experiences. Utilize Unreal Engine, 3D Vista, or Unity for real-time rendering and immersive presentations. Optimize assets for VR experiences, ensuring smooth performance without sacrificing realism. 3D Modelling & Spatial Translation Transform conceptual sketches and ideas into detailed 3D models. Model / render custom furniture pieces and tailored interior solutions. Ensure accurate proportions, spatial relationships, and material fidelity. Workflow Optimization & Collaboration Optimize scenes, rendering pipelines & post-production workflows. Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to interpret and refine design intent. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Technical Skills 3D Max + Corona Renderer (or V-Ray) + knowledge of lighting, textures and materials FIGMA, AutoCAD / Rhino / SketchUp / familiar with workflow integration - Advanced Adobe Photoshop / After Effects for post-production & compositing 3D Modelling & Organic and hard surface sculpting - Proficiency 3D Vista / Unreal Engine / Unity – Experience preferred Generative AI tools – Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar (a plus)Substance Painter / Quixel Megascans – Advanced texturing (a plus)Experience with leveraging on cloud render farm solutions (a plus)Soft Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in high-end visualization for architecture, interiors Experience with custom furniture and bespoke interior solutions Knowledge of space planning and materials. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers and clients.
