Job Scope:

  • Welcome, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.

  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to handle reservations, special requests, and seating arrangements.

  • Provide attentive service, anticipate guest needs, and deliver a personalised fine dining experience.

  • Respond promptly and tactfully to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

  • Receive guest feedback and prepare monthly reports including guest comments, preferences, and insights to support business decisions.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the restaurant's menu, service sequence, and overall operations.

  • Uphold Ammākase's standards of excellence in guest relations, service etiquette, and fine dining protocol.

  • Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of F&B experience

  • Prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous

  • Team player

  • Customer service-oriented mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with an outgoing personality

  • Well-groomed and takes pride in looking good

  • Great communication and excellent guest service skills
