Base pay range SGD150,000.00/yr - SGD180,000.00/yr Our client a leading organisation in their field is seeking for a Senior HRBP covering multiple countries including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and Australia. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape and execute people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment for a diverse workforce across the region. What you’ll do Build strong, trusted relationships with regional business leaders by acting as a strategic advisor on people strategy, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives, conduct talent reviews, and drive organisational design projects that align with business objectives across multiple geographies. Champion succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential talent and key roles while developing targeted strategies for performance management and employee growth. Coach managers and employees to strengthen leadership maturity and team dynamics through tailored development programmes and ongoing feedback. Mediate and advise on conflict resolution matters, organisational adjustments, and change management processes to ensure harmonious workplace relations. Promote employee engagement initiatives that foster cultural alignment throughout the region by collaborating with teams to understand their challenges and co‐create effective solutions. Act as a daily point of contact for employees by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and individual concerns in accordance with both group‐wide and local regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies across domains and geographies while supporting risk mitigation efforts related to change management. Advise managers on team organisation, recruitment planning in collaboration with Talent Acquisition partners, and workforce management strategies. Contribute actively to the deployment of group HR initiatives such as performance management cycles, compensation reviews, training programmes, and organisational changes. What you bring Your extensive background in human resources will be crucial for success. Your ability to provide thoughtful advice on talent management strategies has helped previous employers achieve their goals while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction. Your familiarity with modern HR systems like Workday allows you to harness data‐driven insights when presenting recommendations or monitoring key performance indicators. Whether facilitating recruitment planning sessions or mediating sensitive workplace issues, your approach is always considerate and inclusive. Above all else, your commitment to collaborative problem‐solving ensures that every team member feels heard as new solutions are developed together. Extensive experience (10+ years) in human resources within global or matrixed organisations where you have demonstrated your ability to navigate complex structures. Proven expertise in providing strategic HR advisory services focused on talent management and operational support for large‐scale business units. Demonstrated success coaching managers at various levels to develop leadership capabilities while fostering team cohesion through empathetic communication. Strong understanding of HR systems such as Workday along with proficiency in data analytics for informed decision‐making using metrics dashboards. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with clear communication abilities that enable you to influence stakeholders across different cultures without being assertive or dominant. Experience managing HR projects involving change management processes or organisational redesigns within diverse geographical settings. Track record of supporting recruitment planning efforts alongside Talent Acquisition partners for effective workforce management.
