Join to apply for the Software Developer (Graduate Hire) role at Capgemini . From day one you will take on real responsibilities and contribute to Capgemini’s success. You will be trained on either .NET, Salesforce or Full Stack technologies, collaborate with colleagues from around the world, and gain an understanding of business issues and technologies across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • You will be trained on either .NET, Salesforce or Full Stack technologies.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to each industry.
  • You will deliver innovative solutions for clients and take on real responsibilities from day one.

What we are looking for / Qualifications

  • Have valid work authorization in Singapore (Citizen/Permanent Resident).
  • Graduates who hold a STEM/Computer Science/Information Systems & Technology university degree.
  • 0-2 years of internship / work experience, with valid authorization to live and work in the country of application.
  • Passion for technology and digital transformation.
  • Possess good communication skills, problem solving mindset and agility.

Additional skills that are advantageous:

  • Knowledge or skills in programming and/or software development, or enthusiasm to learn more about them.
  • Project management methodologies (e.g. AGILE, DevOps).
  • Programming languages (e.g. C++, Java, Python, SQL).
  • Understanding of agile delivery, cloud hosting, UI/UX design, automation, SOA/web services.
  • Platforms and customizable solutions (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Google, AWS, MS Azure, Jira, Confluence, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Frameworks such as AngularJS and ReactJS, serverless, microservices.
  • Experience with tools like Jenkins, GIT, Docker, Jira, etc.
