Key Responsibilities
Operational Management

• \tMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the bar area.
\t
• \tMonitor and uphold compliance with alcohol licensing laws and health regulations.
Staff Management

• \tRecruit, train, and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and servers.
\t
• \tCreate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
\t
• \tProvide ongoing training on mixology, service standards, and upselling techniques.

• \tHandle employee performance reviews, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Customer Service

Menu & Promotion Development

• \tDesign and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal cocktails and trends.

• \tWork with marketing to plan and execute bar promotions, events, and happy hours.

• \tAnalyze sales data to optimize menu pricing and product selection.
Required Skills & Qualifications
