Responsibilities:
To lead, advise and coordinate to ensure proper collection of Green Mark documents necessary for onwards submission to the relevant authorities or consultants.
To ensure that building works related to Green Mark requirements are duly completed for inspection.
To review all the necessary data sheets, drawings, specifications, etc., for the purpose of Green Mark certification.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management / Building or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably having undergone a Green Mark Platinum/Super Low Energy building assessment.
Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and execute tasks effectively.
Organized, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
