Conduct market research to recommend cutting-edge energy-efficient technologies and solutions. 2. Manage Tender Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive and detailed tender proposals. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to understand client requirements. Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory and sustainability standards. Negotiate and close deals to achieve impactful and profitable outcomes. 3. Drive Green Innovation: Partner with engineering team, vendors, and service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions. Demonstrate the value of your solutions through cost-benefit analyses. 4. Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends, certifications, and environmental regulations. Promote best practices in sustainability and energy management. 5. Engage Clients: Act as a trusted advisor, bridging client needs with innovative green solutions. Build lasting relationships with stakeholders to drive long-term sustainability goals. To perform in this role, you should have: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Experience: Proven track record in sales development, lead generation, and tender preparation, especially in green architectural systems and solutions. Mindset: A growth-oriented, innovative thinker passionate about sustainability. Skills: Strong communication for presentations and collaboration. Problem-solving and multitasking in fast-paced environments. A proactive, results-driven approach with pride in closing impactful deals. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with smart building systems, Io T for energy management, and microgrid solutions.
