Job Opportunity:
- Admin Manager
The successful candidate will assist in answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom and office, manage office supplies, and ensure stock is replenished when necessary. Additionally, they will support the sales/design team with preparation of documents, quotations, and project files, run ad-hoc errands or duties assigned by management, and provide basic bookkeeping support if required.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience
- Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
