We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of English Translator/Administration Clerk.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an English Translator/Administration Clerk. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for translating English documents into Chinese and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate English documents into Chinese with precision and accuracy
- Provide administrative support to our team, including handling marine services documents and following up on marine services with overseas offices and customers
- Assist in providing on-the-job training to new staff members, if required
- Manage customer relationships and develop business opportunities
Requirements
- University degree or above with shipping knowledge preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Windows, Word, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin speaker with good command of written and spoken English
