  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with 5S and lean principles

Working hours:
5.5 days
8am to 5pm (Mon - Fri) / 8am to 12pm (Sat)
Basic Salary:
$3,500 ~ $4,200
Responsibilities:

  • Manage basic Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks, ensuring all invoices are properly recorded and accessible for audits
  • Create and process simple invoices for customers and review quotations from suppliers, as needed
  • Maintain records for service reports of equipment maintenance
  • Support follow-ups on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies by liaising with internal team, customers and suppliers
  • Manage daily warehouse operations by updating records of inventory, shipments, and receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients regarding orders, schedules, and delivery requirements
  • Plan regular cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits
  • Manage ordering of warehouse/office consumables e.g., labels, shrink wrap, ink ribbon
  • Ensure all records and procedures comply with regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GDPMDS)
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in line with company policies
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to inventory, order status, and billing
  • Work with the operations team on customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned as needed in a fast-paced environment
