About the Team:
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join the Brand and Growth Team dedicated to assisting functional team leaders in defining omnichannel user growth and activation strategies. As a Growth Strategist, you will be mainly focused on improving the incoming traffic's conversion rate, and continuous active users via improvements of in-app experience. You will work with multiple areas and levels of stakeholders, providing deep insights and discovering opportunities through data-driven analysis, planning strategies, and steering the project end-to-end.
Job Description:
Identify opportunities and challenges by analysing data. Stay informed on industry trends and topics related to user acquisition and activation.
Use your knowledge of digital best practices to provide insights and guide strategy across business and product.
Share findings with stakeholders at all levels, clearly explaining their impact and gaining support.
Work closely with other teams—both business and technical—to turn strategies into actionable plans for different countries.
Track and report on the progress of acquisition and activation initiatives regularly.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
Proven skills in data-driven analysis, presentations, and interpersonal communication
In-depth knowledge of consumer digital strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds, including senior stakeholders and C-Suites.
