The position of Quality Engineer is a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our suppliers. This individual will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, auditing and assessing suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and assess suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Implement improvement programs to optimize supplier performance
  • Conduct inspections of casting and machining services to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Manage foundries to maintain quality and delivery performance
  • Handle non-conformance parts follow-up to minimize disruptions

Requirements:

  • MSc or Bachelor's degree in Precision Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Metal Machining industry with QC/Audit expertise
  • Ability to travel extensively for site visits and audits

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prior experience working with metal machining processes
  • Familiarity with precision engineering principles
