Key Responsibilities Provide professional bridal makeup services, specializing in traditional and contemporary Indian bridal looks. Consult with brides to understand their desired look and suggest styles that complement their features and attire. Apply high-quality makeup techniques, including contouring, airbrushing, and HD makeup. Style hair to match bridal outfits, incorporating traditional styles like braids, buns, and floral decorations. Recommend and use premium cosmetic products suited to different skin types. Ensure makeup lasts throughout the wedding event by using setting techniques and waterproof products. Maintain hygiene standards and sanitize makeup tools before and after each appointment. Stay updated on the latest bridal beauty trends and techniques. Work closely with hairstylists, photographers, and wedding planners to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Provide trial makeup sessions to help brides finalize their wedding look. Required Skills and Qualifications Certification in professional makeup artistry from a recognized beauty academy. Strong expertise in Indian bridal makeup , including traditional and modern techniques. Knowledge of various skin types, tones, and suitable makeup products. Ability to create flawless, long-lasting bridal looks. Proficiency in hairstyling, especially bridal updos and traditional Indian styles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients. Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics. Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak wedding seasons. Experience Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a professional bridal makeup artist. Experience working in high-end salons, bridal studios, or freelancing for weddings. Prior experience with South Asian bridal makeup is highly preferred. Working Hours Full-time position with flexible working hours. Must be available on weekends, early mornings, and evenings as per wedding schedules. Overtime opportunities during peak wedding seasons. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of makeup techniques, including airbrush and HD makeup. Ability to match makeup with different bridal outfits and jewelry styles. Understanding of Indian cultural traditions and bridal requirements. Up-to-date knowledge of international and Indian bridal beauty trends. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
