IT Application Engineer (Medical Devices)Salary Package: Up to $6600 (basic) + AWS + VB Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: Central Responsibilities Gather and document customer requirements to define project scope and technical needs. Work closely with customers' IT teams to ensure smooth integration of medical devices solutions into existing environments (e.g., network setup, hardware/software specifications, IT security). Contribute to solution design, technical presentations, and implementation planning. Support Sales and Commercial teams with RFPs, tenders, and proposals for ICT-related projects. Assist in the setup, testing, and deployment of Digital Health Platform & ICT solutions in line with specifications and timelines. Collaborate with internal Product and Sales teams to drive successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting. Conduct training for users and partners on the Digital Health Platform & ICT solutions, including Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, and Neurology systems. liaise with regional and global teams (Japan, USA) for technical support and updates. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or medical device integration. Hands‐on exposure to implementing or supporting interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM) for medical devices, EMR/EHR systems, or analytics platforms. Ability to work with clinicians and translate workflow needs into system requirements. Experience with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, MLLP, and DICOM integration/mapping. Basic knowledge of SQL databases; scripting skills (Python, Java) are an advantage. Understanding of clinical workflows and operations is beneficial. Awareness of cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
