Duties & Responsibilities Shift Operations Management Oversee courier activities during allocated shift Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain continuity of service. Routing & Deployment Plan and monitor courier routes to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce idle time. Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely deployment and coverage across all shifts. Manpower & Performance Track attendance, punctuality, and performance of riders and drivers. Support manpower forecasting and cross-deployment strategies for high-demand periods. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Maintain accurate logs and generate shift-wise performance reports. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with internal departments and external partners to align courier services with operational needs. Support onboarding and training of new staff for shift-based operations. Skills & Experience Experience in logistics or courier operations, preferably in a shift-based environment. Strong organizational and route planning skills. Ability to manage multi-shift teams and coordinate across time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software.
