Job Summary

This Senior Solutions Architect Telecoms role requires an expert in developing strategic solutions that meet customer needs and deliver effective outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in telecommunications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions for customers, including product demonstrations and site surveys.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and strategies that meet customer requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and solution briefs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations and industry developments to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers and sales teams to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in pre-sales and solution design.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecommunication products and systems, including mobile communications, satellite, and line-of-sight communications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
