We’re hiring a
Founding Growth Lead
to design and execute our growth strategy across sales, partnerships, and product-led growth. This role blends sales, marketing, partnerships, and product-led growth (PLG) into one high-impact position.
Role Description
We’re looking for a
Founding Growth Lead
who can drive customer acquisition, expand enterprise adoption, and scale revenue. You’ll own our go-to-market motion end-to-end — from designing acquisition funnels to closing enterprise deals, from testing growth channels to building playbooks for scale.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams to identify customer pain points, refine our positioning, and unlock new channels of growth.
What You’ll Own
Design self-serve user journeys that accelerate activation and expansion.
Build growth experiments across onboarding, pricing, and conversion funnels.
Track and optimize funnel metrics (sign-ups, activation, conversion, expansion).
Marketing & Demand Generation
Work with design/sales teams to launch campaigns targeting lawyers, finance teams, and global enterprises.
Experiment with outbound campaigns, webinars, and content-driven growth.
Own Bluente’s presence at industry conferences and events.
Customer Discovery & Success Alignment
Join discovery calls and onboarding sessions to deeply understand enterprise workflows.
Translate customer feedback into refined GTM messaging and product improvements.
Partner with Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Content & Thought Leadership
Develop and manage Bluente’s content engine: case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and customer success stories.
Craft sales and marketing collateral tailored for legal, financial, and enterprise buyers.
Lead Bluente’s presence on LinkedIn and other key channels with compelling narratives that reinforce trust.
Work with design to build content campaigns that support demand generation and events.
Partnerships & Channels
Explore distribution opportunities via API integrations, marketplaces, and channel partners.
Evaluate and launch reseller/affiliate programs for broader market reach.
Build early relationships with strategic ecosystem players.
Metrics & Playbooks
Set up dashboards to track CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and pipeline health.
Codify learnings into repeatable playbooks for scale.
Report growth metrics directly to CEO and investors.
About You
3–6 years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, or partnerships at a fast-growing SaaS or AI company.
A proven record of generating revenue, whether through enterprise sales, PLG funnels, or content-driven demand generation.
Hands-on with content: able to write or edit compelling customer-facing content (case studies, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy).
Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, funnel conversion) and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Comfortable being both strategic and scrappy: from pitching enterprise clients to drafting content to running outbound campaigns.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify technical products for business decision-makers.
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, builds from zero, and iterates fast.
Bonus: Experience and familiarity in legal, finance, or media industries.
