About the Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable financial insights, improve financial performance, and drive business strategy. You will oversee the analysis and reporting of financial information, ensuring alignment with targets and supporting decision‐making at every level of the business. Key Responsibilities Provide high‐quality financial insights and constructively challenge stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes. Engage with business units to analyse financial performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities and support forecasting. Support department managers in budgeting and interpreting monthly financial results. Work closely with Services team to ensure accurate cost and revenue recognition. Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Lead and manage changes to financial processes within and outside ERP systems, including training and user guidance. Supervise day‐to‐day accounting activities including vendor payments and ad‐hoc
