We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, creating strategic plans, and overseeing the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Create strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the right candidates are hired for the right roles.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts and ensuring open communication.
- Support the performance review process and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
- Certifications such as those offered by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) are an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in processing payroll, managing leave, and other general administrative functions.
- Ability to train and develop employees.
- Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in using IT applications like MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint, and knowledge of HR systems.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic in work.
