Job Title: Environmental Impact Manager

Sustainability is a driving force in modern organizations, and as an Environmental Impact Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our company's operations are environmentally responsible. The position entails overseeing the EMS portal monitoring and reporting, identifying performance anomalies, and generating regular reports with data analytics and visual summaries.

  • EM Portal Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor and review data from the Environmental Management System (EMS) portal on a regular basis to identify potential environmental impacts and operational inefficiencies.
    • Assist in flagging any irregularities or deviations from set parameters and collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and follow up on these findings.
    • Generate detailed reports highlighting areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for implementation.
  • Solar Panel System Support:
    • Keep track of solar energy generation and usage trends through the dedicated platform or portal.
    • Coordinate maintenance requests as needed, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Consolidate data on energy performance and cost savings for internal tracking purposes.
  • New Sustainability Initiatives:
    • Conduct research and support evaluation of new green technologies such as BESS, green roofs, rainwater harvesting systems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and develop proposal outlines.
    • Track key sustainability metrics and maintain documentation of internal sustainability efforts.
  • Engagement and Communication:
    • Prepare materials for staff training and awareness programs related to sustainability practices.
    • Support planning of internal events, campaigns, and walk-downs aimed at fostering a culture of sustainability.
    • Maintain accurate records of sustainability-related communications, meetings, and activities.

For this role, we seek individuals who possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a genuine passion for driving positive environmental change. Experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
