The Role
In this role, you will lead and manage the full AV services lifecycle-from gathering client requirements and coordinating vendor quotations, to final handover and ensuring successful event delivery. You'll serve as the key point of contact for all AV-related matters, balancing client expectations, operational capabilities, and partner deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial awareness and project management skills. You must be confident working with multiple stakeholders, managing deliverables, and communicating clearly across teams.
Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Own the AV process end-to-end: understand client needs, draft technical briefs, obtain vendor quotations, manage delivery, and close out post-event.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all AV communications with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Engage AV partners (e.g., Mediapro, Unearthed Productions) to ensure prompt quotations, contract adherence, and high-quality execution.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate AV setup, testing, and live event support.
  • Proactively address limitations, suggest alternatives, and manage feedback to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor AV budgets, validate invoices, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining service standards and prioritizing effectively.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Team player who leads discussions, resolves issues, and drives execution
