**Job Objective of AV Technician**

Provide site-wide AV support services for the client in accordance to service requirements.

Core Responsibilities:
**Outstationed AV Services**
- Respond to AV fault calls and service requests within the site
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for rooms within the compound
- Record and document service activities in the form of reports
- Upkeep inventory and recommend replacement as required
- Work with AV vendors and suppliers to navigate through any technical issues
- Keep abreast of latest knowledge of AV products (Training will be provided)

Job Specifications:
Educational Qualification:

- Diploma in Audio-Visual or Information Technology/Electronics or a relevant engineering discipline

Work Experience:

- At least 2 years’ experience in the AV industry in a manufacturer or system integrator environment
- Familiar with integrated AV systems, including but not limited to the following brands and products: Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Poly, Cisco, AMX, Barco etc
- Programming Certificates like Crestron CTI P101, Extron Control Professional is necessary
- Audio DSP configuration and programming is a strong advantage
- Experienced in programming AV control systems for different room systems; combined event halls, townhalls, combined meeting rooms.

- Able to work with different stakeholders - e.g. end-users, facility managers etc
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Willing to traverse new technical issues to arrive at solutions

- Knowledge of video systems (e.g. videowall, digital signages) an advantage
