Responsibilities Monitoring high-volume live trading and portfolio risk Contributing to the automated trading operations codebase Managing ongoing projects with various Tower support teams Coordinating software and hardware upgrades Applying programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations Resolving discrepancies with trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications Qualifications The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of professional experience in a related field, and a bachelor's degree Scripting skills in Python Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail, strong communications skills, and experience making data‐driven strategic decisions Ability to comprehend and diagnose problems in complex real‐time systems with minimal guidance Capacity to work equally well independently and as a member of a team Strong understanding of trading technology and fluency in technical concepts Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment Strong problem‐solving abilities Benefits At Tower, we believe work should be both challenging and enjoyable.
