Sales Representative
to lead outreach and client acquisition for
Haloed Business , our recruiting solution tailored for SMEs. This is a commission-only position and is ideal for an entrepreneurial, self-driven sales professional who thrives on autonomy and is excited to grow with an early-stage, high-potential product.

With AI-supported candidate analysis and a user-friendly mobile-first design, Haloed helps employers make faster, more informed hiring decisions without the cost or complexity of traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage SME clients, including HR decision makers, startup founders and business owners
Conduct product demos virtually or in person
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing subscription deals
Report client feedback to the founding team to support product and sales refinement
Collaborate closely with the founding team on sales strategy, messaging, and customer targeting
Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet agreed sales targets
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, especially within the SME segment
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Ability to operate independently and drive results without fixed compensation (commission-only structure)
Based in Singapore, with flexibility to meet clients or conduct remote demos
Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute to an early-stage business
Familiarity with HRTech, recruitment platforms, or related software is a plus
