Role Description
Are you passionate about working with children and eager to make a positive impact in their early development? If you love the idea of combining teaching with operational management and have a strong background in swim coaching, join us as a Swim Coach and Operations Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Engagement: Conduct engaging and safe swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children, ensuring a fun and educational experience.
Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative aspects of the centre, including student registrations, bookings, and record maintenance.
Certification Management: Oversee the certification processes for students, ensuring all requirements are met and documented accurately.
Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a professional and friendly attitude, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Facility Management: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area and centre, adhering to health and safety standards.
Operations and Coordination: Coordinate student schedules, manage bookings, and ensure smooth daily operations at the centre.
Candidate Profile
Responsible and fun-loving: Bring a positive, energetic presence with a strong sense of responsibility.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules.
Child Management: Confident and capable of engaging with young children effectively.
Multi-tasking Ability: Efficient in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Positive Attitude: Solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in coaching preferred.
