Tenancy & Lease Executive @ Tampines - 3 Months Contract

Description Work Location and Hours Work location: Tampines, Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pmSalary Between $2800 - $3800 (Depending on experiences)Responsibilities Oversee lease administration for the company's retail concepts including but not limited to,Data entry and admin for Global Lease Management System,Monthly rental payments,Application of BG, tenancy details,Purchase requisitions and orders and,Other lease related issues including subleasing and concessionairesCollate and prepare admin reports including but not limited to leasing status update, etc.Manage and organize department shared folder / SharePoint systemLiaise with the Finance department and perform data entry/ administrative duties using SAP Liaise with the company's vendors on vendor creation and managementPerform as department first aid responder Handle all leasing matters assigned including but not limited to site viewing, negotiating with Landlord, managing and vetting internal and external lease documentation.Manage internal stake-holders including but not limited to Ops, Finance, GBA, Legal and ProjectsCoordinate, optimize and improve current leasing workflow and process stream to achieve KPIsAssist Manager / Assistant Manger with work relating to the Project assigned as required.Requirements Min Tertiary education5 years working experience preferred in a similar or related fieldWell versed in Microsoft office applications Bonus for familiarity with SAP and other leasing management systemMeticulous nature required for this positionNegotiation skills required as the role would involve assisting the Property Manager with lease negotiations.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
