Job Overview
A position is available for a Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Resident Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Program Director, oversee performance review committees and facilitate effective implementation of national frameworks at institution level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
- Two years' working experience with prior healthcare experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing secretariat support to the Performance Review Sub-Committees (PRS), registering new PGY1s, managing rotational planning and screening assessment reports.
Additionally, you will administer the PGY1 feedback survey, ensure welfare of PGY1s and facilitate their learning experience. You will collaborate with other executives, faculty and staff from Graduate Medical Education Office.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
