Responsibilities
Reporting to Head, Climate & Liveability, the Manager (Programmes) has the following responsibilities:
Build and maintain effective relationships and alliances with global and local partners/organisations to forge synergistic and effective collaborations for TF.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives, including partnership platforms and competitions, or establish a steady pipeline of viable projects aligned with TF’s objectives, priorities and policies.
Conduct project evaluation, including environmental scan and due diligence on partners, technologies and financial matters.
Monitor approved programmes and projects of TF. This includes monitoring programme and project status to ensure the desired outcome is met, producing timely reports to Management and Board of TF, and managing the disbursements of programme grants to ensure governance, standards and practices.
Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by Head to ensure TF objectives are met.
Requirements
Good degree in Science/Engineering
At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in the climate sector
Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen understanding and passion for sustainability issues is essential
