Responsibilities
Primary task is to perform modification on Yokogawa supplied system (Centum, Prosafe, Stardom Fast/Tools, CI server, PRM, EXA packages and 3rd party product) including execution of small projects.
Provide office or onsite troubleshooting and technical support of Yokogawa supplied system
Configure and troubleshooting of network including routers, switches and firewall
Configure and troubleshooting IT software including antivirus, backup software, whitelisting software, virtualization system etc.
Provide technical support and consultation service to customers, service sales and other departments.
Work closely with Response Centre/Solution/Third-party providers to solve customers’ hardware/software related issue.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent
At least 8 years of working experience with control system including DCS, SIS, SCADA, PLC, PRM, Exa packages, etc. Experience in Virtualization technology (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc)
Experience in network technologies (e.g. switches, routers, VPN, firewall, data diode) Experience in IT (e.g. antivirus, Windows update, active directory, backup/recovery)
