Razer is also **a great place to work,** providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.## **Job Responsibilities :*** Oversee product testing and certification to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards* Lead, coordinate, and execute all activities related to agency approvals and regulatory compliance, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase requests, and preparing schedules, reports, test procedures, and test plans* Build and maintain strong working relationships with regulatory agencies, safety/EMI/EMC bodies, vendors, and suppliers* Take the lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining internal test procedures, plans, and compliance guidelines in line with current regulatory standards* Review product designs early in the development cycle to ensure they meet all necessary agency compliance requirements* Initiate and/or coordinate root cause analysis for any non-compliance issues related to regulatory standards## Pre-Requisites :* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience* Preferably with experience in environmental compliance for electrical and electronic equipment (e.g., EU WEEE, RoHS, REACH regulations)* 5–8 years of progressive experience in electronics design and development, particularly in areas such as testing, failure prediction, safety assessments, and consumer product safety, EMI/EMC/RF testing* Strong experience with product certification and global market access requirements* Skilled in analyzing test data and effectively communicating results to cross-functional teams* Solid understanding of the processes involved in obtaining certifications/approvals for consumer electronic products* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative* Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficientlyAt Razer, you'll be at the forefront of the most exciting industry in the world — gaming.
