Finance Executive (Billing + AP)This position will be based in Singapore and will be part of the Finance team that reports into the Finance Supervisor/Manager. The candidate will be primarily responsible for accurate and timely issuance of client invoices and will also handle AP processing for all vendor/supplier invoices related to the assigned clients. In addition, the candidate is responsible for any follow-up reporting required by stakeholders for the assigned clients. Key Responsibilities In charge of the accurate and timely issuance of invoices for the assigned clients. Check entries in the Finance Software (Media Ocean or any other ERP solution that is implemented) against media plans/vendor invoices. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents required for client billing. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner. Ensure invoices are generated and sent to the client based on the client's invoicing timelines. For regional/global clients requiring centralized billing, coordinate with other markets to ensure all supporting documents are in order. Accounts Payable (AP) processing Check vendor/supplier invoices to confirm they are within the client's budget/billings and include necessary details.
