* **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field staff, ensuring high performance and engagement. * **Operational Oversight:** Plan, coordinate, and execute field operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.* **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.* **Quality Assurance:** Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.* **Health and Safety Compliance:** Ensure all field operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. * **Client Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.* **Performance Reporting:** Monitor and report on operational performance, using data to drive continuous improvement. * **Problem-Solving:** Identify operational challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.* **Experience:** Approx. 5 - 7 years in a similar role, with proven experience in managing field operations/ project management* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related field* **Leadership Skills:** Strong leadership and team management abilities* **Customer/ Service-oriented:** Ability to build and maintain good rapport with clients* **Communication:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* **Problem-Solving:** Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions* **Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in using technology and software tools for operational management* **Adaptability:** Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.When you join Otis, you become part of an innovative global industry leader with a resilient business model.
