We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented quality professional to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This is a physically demanding role that involves handling, movement, and processing of non-conforming materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and handle non-conforming materials on the shop floor
  • Verify and validate non-conformance data for accuracy
  • Retrieve non-conforming materials for review and disposition
  • Transport parts between inspection areas and disposition lanes
  • Implement quality control measures: tagging, segregation, traceability
  • Collaborate with downstream teams to resolve issues

Quality Clinic Operations:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of non-conforming parts
  • Provide expert support during disposition decision-making processes
  • Maintain thorough tracking and logging of quality notifications
  • Assist in material review board activities and documentation
  • Analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, relevant quality process experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
