If you share our values and vision, we invite you to apply for the position of:Executive (Human Resources) – to commence in Jan/Feb 2026Responsibilities Support and partner with our various departments (via a consultative and pro-active approach) in the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition/ on-boarding matters, maintain and ensure compliance of employees’ database, assist in performance managementPromote and support positive and constructive employee relationsManage and maintain manpower plans and budget, including the creation of management reports and employee-related documentationStaff training & development functions, including review/ assessment of the departments’ training needs, coordinating training logistics, updating employee development plans, and ensuring that the training aligns with strategic business goals.Participate and collaborate in special projectsBackground Qualifications Diploma or degree in Human Resources or relevant field from a recognised institutionAt least 3 to 4 years of relevant HR experiencePrior experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantageKey Assets and Abilities Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in fluid situations.Exceptional interpersonal, organisational and communication skills (both written and spoken), adept at employee relations including conflict resolutionClient-focused, with a high standard of service deliveryExcellent team player with the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task assignmentsGood analytical and decision-making capabilities, meticulous and accurateExpertise in oral & written communications in Chinese would be advantageous in engaging Chinese-speaking staffSalary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.Applicants are invited to apply with comprehensive resume, current and salary expected and state why you would like to take up this position to: (We do appreciate the time and effort you have taken to apply.
